Project Manager
Keep track of project details, schedules / timelines, communicate with clients, and solve problems with ingenuity and confidence. Experience managing website or interactive media projects is preferred.
Requirements
- The ability to organize and lead a team to produce great work
- Internet development and client management experience
- Solid working knowledge of HTML, DHTML, CSS, Flash Development, Actionscript OOP, ASP / ASP.NET, SQL 7/2000, and other web technologies.
- Solid understanding of structured development methodologies
- Organized and capable of directing multiple projects
- Solid understanding of Client/Server dynamic web site development (you won’t be programming them, but you need to communicate with Clients and staff)
- Understand the nuances of complex Flash Development and programming
- Excellent communication skills- verbal and written.

Responsibilities
- Manage Clients and direct design and development staff.
- Work with New Business team to develop budgets, schedule, and staffing plan for new work.
- Will write project plans, functional specifications for new projects and allocate and manage staff to fulfill design and development requirements. Will develop a production plan to sequence development and staffing
- Manage Client expectations and relations
- Responsible for successfully bringing projects in on budget Being involved in projects strategies and identifying new opportunities for projects with existing Clients
- Insure project conformance with Project Objectives
- Communicate project status to accounting

Interactive Designer, Front-end Developer
Design website interfaces, flash animations and web application interfaces.
Required Knowledge:
Typography - Information Architecture - XHTML/CSS - Flash Animation / Actionscript
Photoshop, Illustrator - Video Editing/3D modeling and animation is a plus
Open is seeking a CSS/XHTML guru for a Front-End Developer position. The ideal candidate should understand the separation of content from design, scoff at the mention of using tables and know when and when NOT to use Dreamweaver. Should write validating, standards-compliant, and semantically-rich code and be aware of cross-browser compatibility and bugs. Translations from the designs to final code should be a match, pixel-for-pixel.
Responsibilities
- Will take the lead in translating design comps into HTML/XHTML pages
- Work with the web developer to integrate back-end code
Qualifications and Skills
- XHTML/CSS
- Aware of W3C Standards and Specifications
- Cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility
- General knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
